No. ProfitGrid is a personal trade logging tool only. It does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or any form of financial guidance. Nothing in the App constitutes advice to buy or sell any security. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ProfitGrid → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Open ProfitGrid, navigate to the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the ProfitGrid purchase, and select "Request a Refund."
